1.Hotel Guide

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
※ Guests who have booked a plan that includes breakfast are requested to arrive by 9:00 PM.

Can I enter my room before check-in?

You can’t enter the rooms before check-in.

Can I stay in the room after check-out?

You can’t stay in the room after check-out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and credit cards.

Are there any elevators?

There are no elevators. Please use the stairs.

Could you keep my luggage before check-in or check-out?

We can keep your luggage at the reception desk. Please feel free to ask us.
※Luggage can be kept and picked up at the front desk.

Do you have free Wi-Fi ?

Yes, our hotel offers free Wi-Fi. You can use it in the lobby and guest rooms.

Do you offer a shuttle service for guests?

We offer a free shuttle bus service between our hotel and Kawaguchiko Station (Bus stop No.10) or Fuji-Q Highland (Express bus terminal side).A reservation is required in advance to use the service. Please check the bus schedule below.

Are there parking lots at the hotel?

We offer parking lots. and guests can use them for free of charge.

2.Guest rooms

Is there a bathroom in the room?

There is no bathroom in the room. Please use our public bath.

Can we see Mt. Fuji from the rooms?

Some guest rooms offer a view of Mt. Fuji. If you would like a room with a view of Mt. Fuji, please make a reservation for a room with that view. 
※There are only a few rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji, so  we recommend  making a reservation as soon as possible.

What amenities are available in the room?

We provide a yukata, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, and futon seating for each guest.

Are there any beds in the room?

Almost all guest rooms don’t have beds. You will use Futon in your rooms.

Are there any smoking rooms in the hotel?

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area in the hotel.

3.Public Bath

Does your public bath use hot spring water?

Our public bath doesn’t  use hot spring water. If you would like to use hot spring, please make a reservation for a plan that includes a ticket to the neighboring facility Yurari hot spring.

What time can we use the public bath?

You can use the public bath from 3:00PM to 11:00PM and from 6:00AM to 9:00AM.

What amenities are available in the public bath?

The public bath is equipped with shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.

4.Reservations

From when can I book your hotel?

Reservations are accepted starting from the 1st day of the month, 4 months prior to the month of your stay.

For example, if your stay is on May 10th, you can book from January 1st.

Will there be a charge for children?

A child fee will be charged for children over 4 years old. Children under 3 years old stay free of charge, but without futon and meals. Meals can be provided for an additional fee. If you would like meals, please let us know when you make your reservation.

From when will cancellation fee be charged?

The cancellation fee will be charged 3 days before the date of your stay.
Please confirm more information about the cancellation policy.

5.Meals

Where can we have meals?

Our hotel offers meals in the dining hall, which is located on the second floor. (We don’t offer meals in the individual rooms)

What time does dinner start?

You can choose the dinner starting time between 6:00PM or 6:30PM. Please let us know your preferred time when you check in.
If your booked package plan includes dinner, please complete check-in by the selected dinner time.

What time does breakfast start?

Our breakfast is served between 7:00AM and 9:00AM. (Last call: 8:30AM)
※Breakfast will be served as a buffet or a Japanese set menu.

Are there any restaurants around your hotel?

There is a restaurant in neighboring hot spring facility “Yurari”.
